Procurement for an Autoprint 2 Plus barcoding packaging solution for the pharmacy. Bids are due June 26, 2026, 10:30 am CT. The estimated historical spend is $27,160. 00. The contract term is from award date to August 31, 2026, with a one-year extension option. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response meeting all IFB requirements. Evaluation will be based on meeting requirements, performance/delivery ability, and price, with the award going to the best value for the state.
Responses must be received by June 26, 2026, 10:30 am CT. Deliveries are to be made between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm on the date specified on the PO, but not between 11:00 am and noon.
Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on Exhibit C. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed in detail. Payment will be made by the hhs agency in accordance with the pricing provided on exhibit c pricing sheet.
A 1-year standard warranty is included with the Autoprint 2 Plus.
Awards will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering meeting or exceeding requirements and specifications, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.
To be considered for award, bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation to ensure they meet all requirements, possess the required experience and qualifications, and have the capacity to provide the goods and/or services.
The contractor shall be required to correct all performance issues reported by the HHSC contract manager within 48 business hours. Failure to do so may result in delayed payment or nonpayment.
Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in a response, not providing literature for equal products, or failing to submit required documentation by deadlines can lead to disqualification.
The historical spend for the same or similar goods or services is $27,**** for September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
