The quote must be received no later than August 28, 2026, 3:00 pm EST.

Payment shall be net 30 days in the form of a bank draft drawn on any financial institution licensed to do business within the state of Florida.

Award shall be made to the responsive, responsible quoter meeting or exceeding all requirements of these specifications and offering the highest percentage of net revenue payable to the county for the recycling of scrapmetal.

Contractor shall submit a minimum of three recent within the past five years references of projects of similar size and scope on the attached reference form.

Prior to the submission of a quote form, quoter shall examine the documents, visit the site of the work, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions and limitations that affect the work to be performed under this contract.

The quoter shall have five business days from the date of this notice to dispute the determination and to provide to the county with any additional information it deems relevant regarding the quoters responsibility.

A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity.
