Roof Restoration Remove existing roof system down to the existing roof deck and install a new two- ply SBS modified bitumen roof system. All existing prefinished metal coping caps, gutters, scupper collector heads, downspouts, roof drains, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations will be removed and replaced with new components.

Additional layers and coverboard will be set- in two- part foam adhesive. All existing prefinished metal coping caps, gutters, scupper collector heads, downspouts, roof drains, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations will be removed and replaced with new components.
