Any plant material, within one year following the final acceptance of the project, determined by the city& rs representative to be defective, restricted, declining, or otherwise deficient due to abnormal root growth, shall be replaced by contractor to the equal condition of adjacent plants at the time of replacement. All plant material, within two years following the final acceptance of the project, that is determined by the city& rs representative to be untrue to the species, clone, andor variety specified, shall be replaced by the contractor, to the equal condition of adjacent plants at the time of replacement.

In order to be an eligible bidder, interested parties must contact the city of pleasanton to request to be added to the plan holder list.

Mulch: name of supplier and one quartsized sample.

Plants installed without such review shall be removed from the site upon request by the citys representative and an acceptable plant shall be substituted in its place. Plants pruned without approval shall be replaced by the contractor, if required.

The proposal submission deadline is 02:00 PM local time on June 19, 2026. The period of performance for the base contract is September 14, 2026, to December 12, 2026, with options extending to December 27, 2026.

Payment will be made via Wide Area Work Flow (WAF). Invoices must include specific details as per FAR **** Time and Materials (TM) work, invoices must be submitted separately with supporting documentation.

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered, provided it is available at no additional cost to the government. The warranty period begins upon final acceptance.

Evaluation factors for award are detailed in Section M of the solicitation.

Offerors must provide all information required by the solicitation. Specific qualification requirements are detailed within the solicitation documents.

Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation. If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

Final delivery of material is scheduled for 210 days from the award date. Submission of all certification data (CDRLs) is required 20 days prior to delivery, with PNSY review and acceptance of certification CDRLs within 18 working days after receipt.

A one-year warranty is required, valid for 365 days after the date of last delivery.

The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO **** or **** of deep submergence systems program (DSSP) material must submit their current documented quality system procedures prior to award.

The use of incorrect or defective material could result in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself. Mercury contamination of the material will be cause for rejection.

Final delivery of material is 210 days. Submission of all certification data is required 20 days prior to delivery, with PNSY review and acceptance of certification within 18 working days after receipt.

Warranty of supplies of a noncomplex nature is for one year. 365 days after date of last delivery.

The contractor must provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO **** or ****, with calibration system requirements of ISO **** or ANSI ****, or **** respectively. The contractor's quality system and products are subject to government evaluation and inspection.

Material sampling is required for form, fit, and function. Lot acceptance is based on zero defects and lot rejection based on one defect, with sample sizes determined by applicable military or federal specifications, or ANSI ASQ Z1. 4.

The use of incorrect or defective material would create a high probability of failure resulting in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself. Mercury contamination of the material will be cause for rejection.
