The bid is for internet service at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The response deadline is January 2, 2025. The contract term will begin upon date of award and expire August 31, 2026. The contract may be renewed for up to two 2 years. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in this ifb. The contractor shall respond to all service calls within four 4 hours of hhs agency request. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies, as necessary, to perform the services andor provide the goods, as required. The contractor shall be responsible for all employment taxes and other payroll withholding for its employees. The contractor shall utilize the u. s. department of homeland securitys everify system during the term of the contract to determine eligibility of a all persons employed by the contractor to perform duties within texas and b all persons, including subcontractors, assigned by the contractor to perform work pursuant to the contract within the united states of america. The contractor and the assigned contractor employees or the contractors subcontractor and subcontractor employees assigned to perform the services must have all applicable permits, licenses, accreditations, and insurance coverage. The contractor shall be responsible for the security, maintenance, loss or damage to itsequipment or its subcontractors equipment while on hhs agency premises. The contractor or an independent third party may need to conduct comprehensive, statewidetexas department of public safety dps criminal and sex offender background checks on allcontractor personnel e. g. , permanent and temporary personnel andor subcontractor andsubcontractor personnel who will be assigned to perform the services under the contract. The contractor shall provide substitutes for any of its employees or subcontractors employeesproviding services at the hhs facility who may be absent for any reason. The contractor shall have an active telephone service answered during normal business hours. The contractor must provide the hhs agency contract manager with 24hour contactinformation for a minimum of two 2 contractor personnel so the hhs agency maycommunicate urgent performance issues that require immediate correction or any other issuesthat may occur. The contractor shall provide competent supervisors if the service location is at an hhs agencyfacility. The hhs agency may request removal for cause of any contractor or subcontractor employee assigned to the contract. The use or possession of any kind of intoxicants or illegal drugs by contractor or any of itssubcontractors employees while on duty at hhs agency premises, including the building andgrounds, is prohibited. All hhs agency facilities are nonsmoking buildings. Contractors and subcontractorsemployees are prohibited from smoking in all nondesignated areas. All contractor and subcontractor employees are required to wear company uniforms andidentifying badges while providing services in or delivering to hhs agency premises. If bidders identify subcontracting opportunitiesor have a need to subcontract to fulfill any portion of an awarded contract, bidders areencouraged to submit, with their proposal, a properly completed hsp. Prices offered, as part of the bidders response, must be firm, fixed prices for the life of thecontract. Contractors are required to immediately implement any price decrease that become availableduring the contract term. Following award, additional services or changes, within the scope, or parameters of this ifb, willbe addedremoved via purchase order change notice pocn or contract amendmentapproved by the hhs agency and the contractor. The awarded contract will be effective on the date the contract is issued and will expire basedon the schedule for delivery of services as outlined in this ifb or by the date or delivery daysafter receipt of order aro provided by t

This is a supplemental contract for student travel group tour services. Bids must be submitted electronically. The deadline for questions is December 9, 2025, and the response deadline is December 17, 2025. The contract term is for the rest of the **** school year, ending on June 30, 2026, with possible extensions. Multiple awards are expected. Award will not be made based on price alone. Prices shall be firm for the term of the contract. The district may review a fully documented request for a price increase only after the contract has been in effect for one 1 year.
