The existing roofs are primarily architectural profile metal with gutters and downspouts and will be re- roofed in a PVC membrane with new gutters, downspouts and accessories. A portion of the roof in Elizabethtown is PVC flat roof and being replaced to match existing. It is anticipated that the roof in Elizabethtown will receive some amount of structural metal deck repair due to deterioration. The project is comprised of ( 3) different buildings on ( 3) different sites in ( 2) different districts, as listed below. They are all double pitched roofs and all buildings have a small addition onto their long sides with a lower roof, which are not being re- covered. All of the buildings are a single footprint.
