This RFI seeks potential sources for overhaul/repair of automatic deployment unit (ADU) and powered inertia reel device (PIRD) components for the T-38C ejection seat. This is a request for information (RFI) for a tanker voyage charter. The Military Sealift Command is seeking information about the price and availability of clean, U. S. or foreign-flagged, double-hull tankers with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks capable of carrying a minimum capacity of 270,000 bbls of F76 and JP5. Interested parties must provide company information, vessel and rate information, and indicate small business status. The tender is for the purchase of eleven 2025 hybrid pickup trucks. Bidders must have a service facility on the island where the vehicles will be delivered, and proof of licensing. The bid price must include all applicable taxes, labor, materials, parts, freight, and transportation charges, and any cost incurred to deliver the vehicles to the specified destinations. The offeror must submit brochures and/or specifications literature verifying that the vehicle offered conforms to the specifications. The state will be the sole judge of the comparative quality and suitability of the vehicle offered. Award will be to the responsive, responsible offeror submitting the lowest total bid price. Delivery must be completed within 365 calendar days of the official start date. Upon delivery, the following items must be submitted: Hawaii safety inspection certificate, application for registration, odometer certificate, notarized certificate of bill of sale, and certificate of weight and measures. The contractor is responsible for registering and licensing the vehicle. The state reserves the right to inspect the offeror's repair and service shop. The state is not liable for any work, contract, costs, expenses, loss of profit, or any damages whatsoever incurred by the company prior to receipt of the purchase order. The vehicle must be new, the best quality of its respective kind, and free from defects. The contractor shall furnish and deliver the vehicle within 365 calendar days of the official start date on the notice to proceed. The state shall have 30 calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory completion of contract to make payment. A protest must be submitted in writing within five 5 working days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. All material given to or made available to the contractor by virtue of this purchase order, which is identified as proprietary or confidential information, will be safeguarded by the contractor, and shall not be disclosed to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the state.
