public participation plan 918 24 24 months initial term: the selected vendor will research and understand the best practices of peer agencies in regards to public outreach strategies determining what combination of outreach strategies would be most efficient and costeffective for the agency based on plan goals and circumstances working with communications and planning and programming staff to develop and implement a statewide standard of public outreach processes that meet federal requirements and ensure meaningful input from the public including historically underrepresented groups.
