Acceptance shall be final and conclusive except for latent defects, fraud, gross mistakes amounting to fraud, or the government's rights under any warranty or guarantee.
The government will award a contract to the responsible bid whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, considering only price.
Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the system for award management SAM.
A site visit will be held within the next couple of week with date/time location tbd.
Failure on the part of the contractor or its subcontractors to comply with the terms of this clause may be grounds for the contracting officer to terminate this contract for default.
