The government is conducting market research to determine potential sources for the replacement of an audio and visual theater system at the Landings Club. Responses should be no more than two pages, single-spaced, and sent to the specified email addresses. The government is not obligated to issue a contract based on this request.

This is a sources sought RFI for market research purposes, not a solicitation. The 28th Maintenance Group at Ellsworth AFB requires a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and services necessary to accomplish maintenance required for MitelUnify systems. The primary technical services shall be performed by individuals who are Mitel Unify certified, qualified, and experienced in performing maintenance and repair of equipment, crisis management, dispatch consoles, and all associated Mitel Unify telecommunications hardware and software installed throughout Ellsworth 28 BW. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this RFI. If you do not intend to submit a proposal for this project when it is formally advertised, please do not submit a response to this sources sought RFI.

The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking proposals for financial and housing management software.
