This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for mathematics professional development services for Mariano Lake Community School. The contract will cover curriculum development, instruction, and planning for mathematics for grades K-6. Services include in-person training, job-embedded coaching, and leadership support. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods. Quotes are due by May 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM MDT. Background investigations are required for all personnel working on-site or accessing personally identifiable information. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the government, considering price, capabilities, and key personnel.

A minimum of 5 years of experience providing professional development, instructional coaching, and curriculum alignment for K-12 educators is required. Demonstrated expertise in supporting educators in high-need schools and proven experience designing and implementing data-driven instructional strategies are also necessary. Contractors may face disqualification or contract termination if unauthorized staff are found onsite without approved security clearances, or if background investigations are not completed successfully. If an unfavorable final background investigation determination is made, the contract may be terminated and the employee in question shall not be authorized to provide service to the bie if the services involve contact with or regular control over indian children.
