All payments to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation will be subject to the MFMP transaction fee in accordance with the attached form PUR **** general contract condition 14.

All bidders, proposers, and respondents must be registered in the state of Floridas MyFloridaMarketplace system. Out-of-state corporations must be authorized to do business in Florida.

Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response. A vendor on either scrutinized list may not bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter into or renew a contract for commodities and or contractual services of 1 million or more.

Claims must be properly submitted and follow a review process. Litigation must commence within one year following mailing of the decision. the contractor shall commence any suit or action to collect or enforce any claim filed in accordance with **** within a period of one (1) year following the mailing of the decision

Failure to submit required documents or comply with bidding requirements may result in rejection of bids. rejection of nonresponsive bids

Delivery requires a 5 working day notice to DOTD before delivery is considered. Delivery hours are Monday through Thursday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. there will be a five5 working day notice from the vendor to dotd before delivery will be considered
