This is a sources sought notice for market research only, no proposals or quotes are being requested. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System, Biloxi, MS, is seeking service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing operating room floor repairs. Responses must be received by 12:00 PM Central Time, Thursday, July 3, 2025, emailed to ***@***. *. * must include capabilities statements, including the unique entity identification (UEI) number, and any required certifications. A pre-bid site walk-over is highly recommended. The repairs are needed in four operating rooms (ORs) and must comply with infection control and OSHA regulations. The flooring must be seamless welded sheet vinyl, matching existing specifications. Mannington, Oyster White ****, Biospec pattern is required.

This RFQ seeks quotes for one ride-on and one walk-behind floor scrubber. Offers must be submitted in PDF format to specified email addresses by 09:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time on July 10, 2025. The solicitation includes detailed requirements, clauses, and provisions from the FAR, and specific instructions for offer preparation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and PIEe. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract based on price alone, after evaluating offers for fairness and reasonableness. All referenced documents are provided in the emailed RFQ.

Lot 1: Western Region - Kentucky State Penitentiary & Western Kentucky Correctional Complex Flat work concrete services related to sidewalks, driveways, patios, floors, warehouse slabs, foundations, walkways, curbs, and parking lots. This will be for new and existing concrete related projects. Repairs should include but not limited to, demo of existing concrete and removal of materials. More than one contract will be awarded per line item. The contracts to be awarded will be quote- based contracts. The agency will obtain quotes from the contractors prior to any work being done. Once the quotes have been provided, the most favorable quote will be added to the contract. The agency will then issue a Delivery Order to the vendor with the most favorable quote to initiate the work. No pricing will be submitted as part of this RFB process; however, the electronic bid system requires pricing to be entered for bid submission. Therefore, bidders shall enter $ 0. 01 in the Unit Price field on their electronic bid.
