The bid is for Smart Boards equipment for the New Castle County VoTech School District. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. The contract period is valid for 1 year from March 24, 2026, through March 24, 2027, with possible extensions. Prices must remain firm for the contract term and be quoted in U. S. dollars. The bid bond and performance bond requirements have been waived. The successful vendor must provide a state of Delaware business license or initiate the application process. The state reserves the right to advertise a supplemental solicitation during the term of the agreement. The successful vendor is required to report on the participation by diversity suppliers. New Castle County VoTech School District shall award this contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders who best meets the terms and conditions of the bid.
