The property consists of 13 pallets of lead acid batteries in one truckload, with an approximate gross weight of 44,178 pounds and a net weight of 43,658 pounds. Bids are due by 11:00 am CDT on April 14, 2026. Inspection of the property is mandatory and can be scheduled on weekdays from April 8-9, 2026, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm CST by emailing ***@***. *. * removal must be scheduled within 12 days of notification of award. Payment can be made by certified check or money order made out to the US Treasury. Alternatively, a surety bond for the entire amount of the bid can be provided to schedule pickup, with full payment due within 14 days of removal. The government will load the material onto the purchaser's truck at no cost. Purchasers are responsible for all freight costs and shipping losses. Any discrepancies must be resolved within 10 days of pickup. Telephonic bids will not be accepted. The seller reserves the right to refuse all bids.
