The University of Mississippi anticipates purchasing Axiom and Speedflex True Football helmets and components from Riddell All American Sports as a sole source. Interested parties who believe the items should not be certified as a sole source must submit objections in a specific format by July 14, 2025, 10:00 AM Central Time, to Jeff Wells, Procurement Manager. The objections must include information about the objecting party's capabilities related to the request. The University will review the objections and either proceed with the sole source purchase, or submit the procurement to a competitive bid process if another source is identified.
