Firms will be evaluated and ranked based on: Firm's background (10 points), Similar project experience (25 points), Past project performance (10 points), Project team (25 points), and Submittal presentation (5 points). Firms must submit a statement of qualifications detailing their background, similar project experience, past performance, project team, and submittal presentation. The qualification package must provide adequate information needed to rank the capability of a firm on each of the preceding categories.

Falsification of information related to city income taxes or post-contractual violations can lead to contract rescission.
