This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for radiopharmaceutical requirements for the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. The contract will be a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with five 12-month ordering periods. The contractor shall provide radiopharmaceutical preparation, dose calibration, tagging of blood, and testing at their facility, with delivery to the medical center. All radiopharmaceuticals must meet USP and FDA requirements. The contractor must hold current NRC and/or Agreement State licenses and FDA registration/license. Personnel must be licensed as pharmacists, radiopharmacists, or nuclear medicine technologists. Emergency orders require delivery within one hour, 24/7. Security requirements include safeguarding patient information in accordance with HIPAA. The period of performance is from 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2031. Deliveries are typically required by 6:00 AM the following workday, with provisions for emergency deliveries. The government will inspect all radiopharmaceuticals and related services at the point of delivery. Performance standards include accuracy of product and activity (99%), on-time delivery (98% routine, 95% emergent), and documentation (100%). Nonconforming products may be rejected and replaced. Contractor personnel must carry valid identification and comply with VA security rules. Training on handling radioactive materials and VA privacy/security is required. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Questions are due by May 6, 2026, 10:00 AM CT.
