The project involves demolishing and replacing approximately 5,270 linear feet of existing cedar fencing within the Cherry Park General Improvement District with Trex seclusion composite fencing. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2:00 p. m. local time on September 2, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the bidder providing the best value. Contractors must self-perform at least 70% of the work and employ at least 80% Colorado labor. A bid bond equal to 10% of the bid price is required.
