The bid notice requires offerors to submit a standard qualifications questionnaire as part of their proposal, referenced in section 3. 1. 2 and attachment 04.

The bid submission deadline is June 15, 2026, at 02:00 PM CT. The estimated calendar days to complete the project are to be provided as per clause VIII of the Statement of Work document.

The seller warrants that the goods furnished will conform to the specifications, drawings, and descriptions listed in the bid invitation and to the samples furnished by the seller, if any. The seller warrants that the product sold to the county shall conform to the standards promulgated by the U. S. Department of Labor under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of ****.

Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications.

Bidders must provide three references, other than past or present employees of Tarrant County, who can verify their performance as a vendor, including sales and/or service, delivery, invoicing, and other items required to determine the vendor's ability to provide the intended goods or service. Tarrant County prefers references from government customers. Inaccurate, obsolete, or negative responses from references could result in rejection of the bid. Failure to supply the required references will deem the bid as non-responsive.

All bidders are encouraged to attend a prebid conference to be held in person on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. , CST, at Tarrant County Plaza Building, 1st Floor Kornfeld Room Auditorium, 200 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas 761960104. There is no opportunity for remote attendance. Vendors planning to attend must RSVP via email by 5:00 p. m. , CST, Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

The contract resulting from this RFP will be for services on an as needed basis beginning on the date of award through August 31, 2027.

Tarrant County Juvenile Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide behavioral management and counseling support to youth primarily between the ages of **** who have been expelled from Tarrant County public schools or court ordered to the Tarrant County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program.

Failure to supply the required references will deem the bid as non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Inaccurate, obsolete or negative responses from listed references could result in rejection of your bid.

The response deadline for this bid is May 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM CT.

The bid notice allows for several payment term options, including 5 15net 30, 2 15net 30, net 30, net 20, and net 10. If 'other' is selected, a brief explanation is required.

The evaluation of this RFPRFQ may be based upon, but not limited to, price and the university's ability to meet specifications/requirements.

Contractors must be qualified and direct all questions and comments to the university representative listed. They must also certify that their proposal is genuine, not a conflict of interest, and that prices were arrived at independently.

The question deadline for this RFPRFQ is May 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT.

Exceptions taken to the RFPRFQ documents may cause the proposal to be rejected at the sole discretion of the university.
