Submissions will be evaluated based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel, hold a current certified license, have a minimum of two years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 23, 2026, at 12:30 PM at **** S Tucker Ridge Rd. , Okeechobee, **** is mandatory.

Questions must be submitted by July 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Failure to disclose subcontractors, arriving more than ten minutes late to the pre-bid conference, not submitting all required documentation, or violating the cone of silence may result in disqualification.
