Respondents must describe their experience providing laundry services for healthcare facilities and their familiarity with applicable regulations and guidelines.

The base period of performance is from August 15, 2026, to September 15, 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Price, Technical Factor, Disposal Plan.

Contractor responsibility determination shall be in accordance with FAR Part **** for award. All certifications and licenses must be current on the date of receipt and maintained throughout the life of the contract.

A site visit will be conducted on 3 Aug 2026 at 13:30 at the White Beach gate. All attendees shall submit a site visit reservation form by 3 Aug 2026.

Quoters failure to submit copies of required documents may be determined non-responsible and may not be considered for award.
