The contract duration is one year from the contract execution date with the option to renew for 2 additional 1 year periods. Qualified candidates should demonstrate their ability to perform the requested services, provide a scheduled or recorded demonstration of their proposed solution, and document their organization's experience and expertise, including experience with similar services to other municipalities in Massachusetts. Proposers shall demonstrate their ability to perform the requested services by answering in the affirmative to the majority of the mandatory requirements listed.

Any failure or delay in providing necessary services that generates a reduction in the city's revenue attributable to factors under the vendor's control will be considered potential grounds for penalties and/or termination of the contract. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation.
