The City of Spring Hill is seeking proposals for the rental, delivery, setup, and maintenance of a mobile belt filter press dewatering system for wastewater sludge. Proposals must be submitted by September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. The system must be capable of continuous operation, process sludge from aerobic digesters, and achieve an average cake solids of 17 or greater. Proposers must provide rental pricing for 12, 24, 30, and 48-month terms. The city intends to select the proposal offering the best overall value.
