Proposers must submit a detailed narrative to each of the narrative prompts contained in item a below and based on information provided in in exhibit a: scope of work and exhibit b: pricecost.
A site visit is not applicable.
Protest of contract award by a proposer that was not recommended for same must be submitted in writing to the procurement authority within ten 10 calendar days after central health notifies proposers of a contract award.
