The contractor shall provide, design, furnish, install, and document a master key system, using best brand or similar, compatible with all current hardware. With the replacement of locking devices, the contractor shall comply with Americans with Disabilities Act ( ADA) requirements for lever actuated doorknobs. All doors are located in the Houston North IRS Building. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, and transportation required to accomplish the project.

The government reserves the right to remove from the site any employee of the contractor or subcontractor whom the government deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable or whose continued employment on this contract is deemed by the government to be contrary to the public interest.
