The City of Florissant is seeking bids to install epoxy flooring in 6 bathrooms at St. Ferdinand Park. Contractors must provide, prep, and install a full flake broadcast epoxy flooring system in 6 rooms (890 sq ft) with integrated cove base. The expansion gap will be filled with a flexible material. The system will receive an additional urethane coat. Color samples must be provided if selected. Surface preparation includes abrading concrete surfaces and edges, forming a cove base, cleaning and filling cracks/joints, and removing/replacing damaged substrate.
