Payment is net 30 days after government acceptance of a proper invoice. Invoices and payments for post-warranty and other preventive maintenance or certification services shall be made no more frequently than monthly in arrears. Advance payments will not be made.

Offerors shall provide sufficient technical information to demonstrate that the offered service/equipment meets all technical requirements. Offerors are afforded the opportunity to inspect the system by contacting the contract specialist/contracting officer identified herein to schedule an appointment. Failure to inspect the system will not relieve the successful offeror from fully meeting the requirements of the resulting contract at the price offered.

Offerors that fail to complete the required representations and certifications or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Submissions containing macros will be considered nonresponsive.

The award will be based on a Unit Price Bid, where estimated quantities are used for comparison and final payment is based on actual quantities.

The bidder represents that they have the experience, knowledge, and competency necessary to perform the work or oversee its performance.

The bidder accepts the provisions of the contract as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to complete the work within the times specified.
