Delivery is required within 120 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to the Kansas City VA Medical Center.

Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center. Net 30 terms are offered for discount.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for the particular purpose described in the contract.

Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and price.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and, if applicable, verified in SBA Small Business Search. Vendors must be an authorized distributor and submit an authorized distributor letter from the OEM.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Payment will be made by code offeror code telephone number and submit invoices to address shown in block 18a.

Standard warranty applies to both executive and task chairs.

Quotes will be evaluated on the total overall lowest price for all contract line items, provided the quote complies with the terms and conditions of the solicitation.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by the quotation submission date. Quoters must self-certify their business size for this acquisition.

Failure to follow instructions regarding marking the contract number on all paperwork and shipments could hold up payment and result in the return of merchandise at your expense.

Submission of a quote that does not contain all requested items may result in elimination from consideration for award.

Responses must be received no later than 2:00 p. m. on Monday, July 6, 2026.

The county payment terms are net 30 days unless a cash discount is allowed for payment within not less than twenty (20) days. The payment term shall begin on the date the merchandise is inspected, delivered and accepted by the county and the correct invoice is received by accounts payable.

Awarded to the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The following criteria may be considered: ability to perform, conformance to specification, quality of performance, financial ability, item pricing, vendor references.

Vendors must be qualified to provide the specified free-standing mortuary freezer.

Samples of items when required, must be furnished free of expense to the county and upon request, be returned to the vendor at the vendors expense. Samples of selected items may be retained for comparison purposes.

Protests arising from factual or legal basis that the protestor knew or should have known prior to the submission of the bid/proposal must be submitted within three business days of the submission of the bid/proposal. Protests arising from factual or legal basis that the protestor knew or should have known subsequent to the date the bid/proposal was submitted must be submitted within ten business days after the protestor knew or should have known of such bases, but in no event shall any protest be submitted more than ten business days after the award of the contract.

Violation of the instruction not to contact county officers, elected officials or county employees regarding this bid prior to award of purchase order will result in your bid being found nonresponsive. Submission of more than one bid to the county as the primary bidder for the same work by an individual firm, partnership or corporation under the same or different names may be grounds for disqualification.

The term agreement purchase order shall not exceed the amount of $100,****.

The contractor shall complete this work within ten (10) business days after beginning the project, which shall begin within 10 business days of contract award. Deliveries shall be made directly to the loading dock at the site.

Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Invoices shall be submitted upon receipt, acceptance, inspection, and final installation.

Warranty information is required as part of the quote submission.

Offers will be evaluated on bill of materials, detailed dimensions and drawings, labor/services description, and product specifications.

Contractors must submit a self-certifying statement confirming their ability to meet project deadlines.

The contractor shall be available for a site meeting within ten (10) business days of contract award, in person at the building site. Time and date to be determined.

Physical finish samples are required and shall be submitted post-award by the contractor who is awarded the contract.

Late quotes will not be accepted for evaluation. The contractor is responsible for confirming the government's receipt of the contractor's quote.
