The anticipated period of performance for the contract will be from June 08, 2026, to June 27, 2026, subject to change after award. The contractor shall have all work completed within 40 days of award of contract.

The contract will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable, technical capabilities, past performance and price.

The contractor's firm must comply with applicable licensing requirements as defined by the state of Washington, specifically for construction-related work. The contractor is responsible for maintaining compliance with all state, local, and federal legal, licensing, and permit requirements throughout the duration of the contract. Documentation of licensing validity must be provided upon request. Contractor personnel must be U. S. citizens or lawfully admitted for permanent residence, with exceptions requiring prior approval. All contractor employees performing tasks on a Coast Guard facility must have proper valid identification, specifically a Real ID.

A bid walk will be offered on May 26, 2026, at **** other bid walks or site visits will be offered. Site visits are mandatory to be considered for the contract.
