Riverton City is requesting quotations for the removal and disposal of fluoride pumping systems at two separate well locations. This includes the removal and disposal of a **** bulk tank, a 50-gallon day tank, and all associated pumps, gauges, dampeners, calibration columns, and piping. A unit price for each location is required, as the budget will determine if both locations are serviced. Quotations must be submitted by July 9, 2026. Riverton City reserves the right to make payments with a credit card. If prices change due to credit card payment, bidders must provide two prices: one for credit card payment and one for payment by check.
Contractor warrants that all equipment, materials, and labor furnished or performed will be free from defects for a minimum period of twelve 12 months from the date of acceptance. Warranty repairs must be completed within 10 calendar days after notice or a negotiated time acceptable to the city.
Contractor must meet all current licensing requirements of the city, county, and state of Utah for the type of work required, including proper license classifications with a sufficient monetary limit. Licensing must be current and valid at the date of bid opening.
Liquidated damages of **** for each day or part thereof that expires after the completion time until the work is accepted as substantially complete. For any OSHA violation, the contractor agrees to pay any fine assessed to the city.
Failure to comply with instructions may cause rejection of the quotation. Failure to respond may result in removal from the vendor list. OSHA violations can lead to fines and a year-long ban from city projects.
