The solicitation is an RFQ for 62 lighting fixtures. Quotes may be submitted electronically. Hard copies, specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Delivery is required to multiple locations within 90 days.

The City of Kenner is seeking bids for the repair and maintenance of I10 street lighting. Bidders must submit questions via email no later than five working days before the bid opening. Bids must be written in ink or typewritten and signed. The city reserves the right to award contracts to the lowest responsive bidder. The agreement will be effective from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, and the agreement amount will not exceed $330,**** annually. Payment will be made upon completion and acceptance of the project. Invoices must be submitted within 40 days of services billed for. The contractor must maintain insurance coverage and provide a certificate of insurance. The contractor must obtain any and all permits and/or licensing for the work to be performed. The contractor must provide all necessary barricades, signs, lights, and warning devices for traffic control. The contractor will maintain the system at a certain level of performance. All billing shall have a description of all work done and an identification number indicating which pole was involved in the repair. Invoices turned in within 15 days of completions. A monthly update of jobs in progress shall be submitted to public works. Payment for repair maintenance schedules A & B will be made within thirty 30 days from receipt of invoice. The contractor must provide a safe work zone and adhere to all state and local laws when providing traffic controls. The contractor must provide all necessary barricades, signs, lights, and warning devices or any other necessary items in order to properly move traffic around or through contractors operations.
