Delivery is expected within 6 months from the date of award.

Proposals will be ranked based on the merits of the written proposal, qualifications, experience, creative concept, innovation, safety protocols, references, past performances, and proposed cost.

Vendors must have at least three consecutive years of experience and possess the skill and experience to perform quality work as solely determined by the city.
