This is an amendment to a solicitation/modification of a contract for contractor logistics support of the Litening comprehensive advanced targeting pod. The amendment revises Section L, Instructions to Offerors, and includes detailed requirements for cost proposals, including certified cost or pricing data, proposal adequacy checklists, subcontractor involvement, commercial product/service considerations, historical cost data, and assist audits. The contract is expected to be a ten-year sole-source contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation. Foreign participation is not permitted.
