BB Construct New Bed Tower Connector ****: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: bid build project to demolish existing icu and construct a new hallway to connect surgery with new bed tower in accordance with the drawings and specifications attached to this solicitation. The intention of the project is to build a hallway to efficiently move patients from building 1 to the new bed tower. A general description of work includes demolition of existing walls, finishes, mep, fp, and other items to support new work along with minor asbestos abatement as deemed necessary by the asbestos report. New work includes new walls, interior finishes, millwork, doors, frames, hardware, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, access control, and other systems.
