This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services related to pilot training transformation device support. The solicitation number is **** are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses and is being competed under FAR 13. 5 simplified procedures for certain commercial items. The period of performance is from June 22, 2025 to June 21, 2026. Delivery and acceptance of services will take place at the HQ 19 Air Force, JBSA Randolph, TX. Questions pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted via email to the POC listed below no later than 4:00 PM CST on Friday, May 16, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted to the POC listed below no later than 12:00 PM CST on Friday, May 30, 2025. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this RFP, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposal. In the event the government cancels this RFP, the government has no obligation to reimburse the offeror for any cost.
