Preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) system at the US Embassy in Asuncion, Paraguay. Services include routine maintenance inspections, cleaning, testing, and calibration of AV equipment. The contract period is one year with four one-year optional periods. Offerors must demonstrate experience, provide a project manager fluent in English, and have a local business presence or plan to establish one. A site visit is mandatory on July 8th, 2026. Payment is in USD, and invoices are due after service completion, with payment expected 30 days after receipt.
The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance. The notice to proceed will establish a date a minimum of ten (10) days from the date of contract award, unless the contractor agrees to an earlier date.
The contractor should expect payment 30 days after completion of service or 30 days after receipt of invoice at the embassy's payment office, whichever is later. Payment is in US dollars.
The rates include all costs associated with providing preventive maintenance services in accordance with the attached scope of work, and the manufacturers warranty.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror.
Offerors must provide information demonstrating their ability to perform, including the name of a project manager fluent in English, evidence of an established business in Paraguay or a plan to establish one, proof of SAM registration, a list of clients over the past two years with references, and evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.

The government reserves the right to deny access to U. S. owned and U. S. operated facilities to any individual. Contractor employees must adhere to standards of conduct, and failure to comply may result in removal from the worksite.
