Formal bid for certain can liners for districtwide purchase and use. Bid submissions are due by July 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Required forms include Exhibit A (Signature Page), Exhibit B (Vendor/Contractor Public Disclosure Form), and Exhibit C (Price Schedule/Specification Form). Samples may be required if bidding other than specified and are due by July 14, 2026. Delivery is expected within 30 days of purchase order receipt. Contract term is one year with three optional one-year renewals.

It is the intent of WCSD to award this solicitation contract on a line-by-line basis to multiple vendors deemed to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidders. Any unsuccessful bidder appellant may appeal the results in the solicitation's ROA tabulation if they believe applicable provisions of the law were violated. Appellant must submit a notice of protest no later than five (5) business days from when the ROA tabulation is posted. Bid submissions may be rejected for evidence of collusion, failure to meet terms and specifications, inability to complete obligations, not being qualified, or if costs exceed budgetary constraints. Bid submissions may be rejected for any of, but not limited to, the following causes: a. Evidence of collusion among bidders exists. b. Bidder fails to meet the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this solicitation.
