The Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) is seeking a vendor to conduct data collection for the 2026 Boston Survey of Children's Health (BCHS). The survey will be modeled after the National Survey of Children's Health (NSCH). Data collection will be conducted for a 6-month period beginning in January 2026, using a computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI) system. Proposals are due July 30, 2025, by 5:00 PM EDT. The survey will be conducted in English and Spanish, and potentially other languages. The vendor must meet minimum qualifications, including 5 years of experience in complex survey design via CATI, data weighting, and collecting data from both landline and cellular telephone samples. Additional documents required include a cost table, detailed budget, and a reference form. The contract period is from September 15, 2025, through September 14, 2026.
