Additionally, contractors may need to demonstrate technical capability with specialized HVAC systems 150 tons air conditioning requirement, specialized micro pile foundation systems, concrete airfield and support pavements, and facility electrical grounding systems. Bid submittals must be received no later than 2:00 p. m. on June 24, 2026.

The procurement shall be awarded on the basis of the lowest responsive bidder complying with all the conditions of the bids, specifications, and instruction.

The successful contractor shall have at a minimum the following qualifications: Licensed to do business in the state of Kansas and in the state of Missouri. Registered as a vendor with KCATA. Fully insured and capable of providing valid certificate of insurance for term of contract.

Presubmittal protests must be received no later than five 5 days before the bid closing date. Postsubmittalpreaward protests must be received no later than five 5 days after the bid closing date.

Engaging in any discussion concerning the award of this contract with any member of KCATA's board of commissioners or any employee of KCATA excluding procurement staff during the period beginning on the date of bid issue and ending on the date of the selection of a contractor would be grounds for disqualification of the bidder.

Proposals due date is extended to 01 July 2026 at 11:00am est.

This sample task order will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in section m of the mission support solicitation.

Offerors shall submit a written proposal demonstrating their technical and management approach, and cost estimate to accomplish the objectives outlined in this notional scenario.

Questions regarding the solicitation is due on before tuesday 19 may 2026 at before 11:00am est.
