The State of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of contract. Failure to deliver within the specified time constitutes a default. All contracts shall be construed in accordance with Louisiana law. Bidders must comply with civil rights laws and ADA accessibility requirements. Any individual with a 5% or more ownership interest convicted of a state or federal felony related to the solicitation or execution of a contract may be rejected. Bidders must comply with federal clauses, if applicable (antikickback, clean air, clean water, energy policy, antilobbying, and debarment).
