The RFP is a one-step process. The event will be held at the ACC Highland Campus, with three designated staging areas. Vendors must comply with all city of Austin
food safety regulations and provide necessary permits and licenses. The event requires serving approximately 2,000 lunch combinations within a 90-minute period. The college will provide location assignments for successful vendors. The overall size of the

Vendors must provide a minimum of two lunch combinations (protein, side, non-alcoholic beverage), and additional options for vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan are preferred. The target cost range for each lunch option should be between **** per person. Smallwares (plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, bowls, ice, condiments) must be provided by the vendor. Vendors must have the appropriate general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and other required insurance coverages. The college is exempt from sales taxes. The college is committed to maximizing the vitality and robustness of the economy of the college's service area through enhanced opportunities for the utilization of small local business enterprises (SLBE). Respondents must complete exhibit B1 and B2 in Workday Strategic Sourcing (wss) to confirm their eligibility as a certified SLBE or historically underutilized business hub within ACC's taxing district. The college reserves the right to modify dates and to conduct site visits, and/or demonstrations from selected respondents.
