Prices are requested on a FOB destination basis with the vendors best delivery leadtime. Full delivery address will be provided on awarded purchase order.

In the event your firm ships an item that does not meet the specifications of the requirement, your firm will be responsible for a refund of the payment, or a correct replacement item and any cost incurred by the government.

A vendor meeting all administrative compliance requirements in section 3 above will receive a rating of pass and move forward to the final evaluation factor: low price.

Vendors quoting must be registered to receive purchase orders via EDI or through OMS vendor portal. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them.

The evaluation criteria are experience and professional qualifications relevant to the project type, past performance on projects of similar scope for public agencies or private industry, and capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, in descending order of importance.

Qualified firms interested in being considered are invited to submit their qualifications, including a letter of interest, information on the firm, proposed staff commitment and descriptions, education and qualifications of staff, proposed approach, past performance, client references, records of performance, any other pertinent information, and promotional literature. PDF files of all materials are required, not exceeding 3. 0 MB per attachment.

The vehicle must have full factory warranty as nationally advertised.
