Lot 21: Installation of above listed parts onto ten ( 10) each - 2025 Harley Davidson FLHTP Electra Glide Police Edition Motorcycle

This bid is for Whelen parts and installation for 10 Harley Davidson motorcycles. It is a sole-source bid, no substitutions allowed. Installation must be performed by an authorized Harley Davidson location. The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) will handle delivery and pickup. Prices must include shipping, freight, delivery, and insurance. Suppliers must be registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Georgia Secretary of State. Proof of liability insurance is required. Immigration and security requirements apply due to installation. Suppliers should upload any early payment discounts as a separate document.

Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to placing bids. A site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The contractor shall provide a work schedule in writing no longer than 14 days after receiving the notice to proceed. Submit an accident prevention plan (APP) and be in conformance with the Corps of Engineers safety and health requirements manual EM **** (latest edition). Submittals must be approved prior to the installation of any material.
