The Embassy of the United States of America in Nairobi, Kenya, is soliciting quotations for tax consultancy and withholding services for the tax year 2026. Quotations are due by January 14, 2026, 04:00 p. m. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system. The government will award a contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The contractor will provide tax consultancy and withholding services, including biweekly tax calculations, tax remittances, and tax consultancy services. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed one year 6 months.
