The Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio (NAMRUSA) is seeking a vendor to provide a standing delivery of medical-grade compressed carbon dioxide (CO2) gas cylinders. The contract is anticipated to be a 12-month base period followed by three 12-month option periods for a total of 48 months. The vendor must have access to JBSA Fort Sam Houston and be able to fulfill orders within two days. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be able to submit invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). No third-party vendors are accepted. The contract will cover the cost of CO2 cylinders, rental fees, hazardous material fees, and delivery/pick-up fees. The cylinders must be 50 pounds and require a CGA 320 connection. The rental fees should cover the cost of six cylinders on-site year-round. The vendor will supply a delivery or pick-up receipt including all tank serial numbers, date, and time of delivery or pick-up.

The City of Maryville Water Department will receive electronically submitted bids for chemicals for wastewater and water treatment plants on an as-needed basis. The contract will run from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. A trial use of an unapproved product may be required. Bids will be awarded based on price, previously demonstrated performance, and ability to deliver in a timely manner. Suppliers must complete pricing forms and submit them with their response.
