Payment term is 30 days net after receipt of invoice. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the CLIN rates and will be priced as a separate line item.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Offerors must demonstrate ability to perform, including having a project manager fluent in English, operating an established business in Estonia, providing relevant past performance and references, and having necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
The contractor shall be held liable for any damages to property caused by personnel or equipment. The government may terminate for cause in case of default or failure to comply with contract terms.
The embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference and site visit. The pre-proposal conference will be held on August 6, 2026, at 11:00 local time at the residence.
Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The government may terminate for cause if the contractor fails to comply with contract terms or provide adequate assurances of future performance.
