Tuskegee University is seeking proposals for comprehensive campus-wide plumbing, sewage, and drain maintenance services. This includes routine maintenance, drain cleaning, sewer line inspection and repair, water line services, fixture repair and replacement, backflow prevention, grease trap and lift station maintenance, and 24/7 emergency response. The contract will have an initial one-year term with options for four additional one-year periods. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 23, 2026, and proposals are due by July 30, 2026. The evaluation criteria will consider technical approach, qualifications, experience, safety program, and pricing. The contractor must be licensed, insured, and experienced, providing all labor, equipment, and materials. A two-year workmanship warranty is required, with potential for longer terms. The university reserves the right to terminate the contract for various reasons, including convenience or default.
