This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for non-emergent medical transportation services for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS). The solicitation is for a base plus four option year, fixed-price indefinite quantity contract. Offers are due by December 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM MT. A site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2025, and attendance is not mandatory. Inquiries are due by November 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM MT. The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The management plan, quality control plan, and past performance are required submittals. The period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, subject to change.
