The solicitation is for subject instruments for ortho trays for trauma and orthopedic surgical procedures. Offerors must submit questions by May 6, 2025, and quotes by May 8, 2025. Quotes must be limited to 15 pages, not including the pricing schedule. The quote must be based on the terms of the RFQ, containing all the information described in the price/cost schedule, salient characteristics, and delivery schedule. Offerors must know their business size to meet the requirements. Submissions must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that all equal to items meet all the salient characteristics. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary. Offerors must register in SAM before a purchase order is issued. Authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer is required. Only new supplies, no remanufactured or gray market supplies, are accepted. All supplies must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Bidders must review all attachments, enter pricing, and attach required files. The bid must be manually signed or submitted online via the vendor portal. Delivery will be made a certain number of days after receipt of order. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice or delivery.
